Sesame Face Mask
Sesame seed is a food that contains the essential amino acids and vitamin E where it comes in contact with skin directly, it moisturizes and tightens the skin to prevent wrinkles. It is important to use fresh, uncooked sesame seed and grind it as you need.

2 tbsp uncooked sesame seed
Milk
Flour
Cheesecloth
How to:
1.Grind 2 tbsp of uncooked sesame seed very finely with a sesame grinder
2. Add 1 tbsp of milk into the finely ground sesame seed and adjust the thickness by adding flour to the mixture.
3. Cover face with a cheesecloth and spread the sesame seed face pack over.
4. Wash face with warm water after 30 min.
