1. Stab chicken thigh with a fork several times, then rub salt and
pepper on chicken thigh.
2. Cook chicken in a oil glazed pan until it turns golden brown.
3. Take the chicken and put in a broiler for 5 minutes.
4. Pour the spicy sesame sauce on top of the chicken and place it
in broiler for another minute.
5. Then sprinkle black sesame seed on the finished dish.
