Ingredients (4 people):
• Roughly ground white sesame seed
• 1 chicken breast
• 2 tablespoon Teriyaki sauce

1. After you clean the chicken breast, stab chicken with fork
several times to ensure even cooking.

2. Glaze fry pan with oil, then cook the chicken until it turns golden brown.

3. Turn off the heat and pour Teriyaki sauce over the chicken and let it stand
for a couple minutes.

4. Place the chicken on a plate and sprinkle sesame seed on top.
